How the Process Works

We make business e-waste recycling straightforward from start to finish.

Tell us about the project.

Share the collection location(s), equipment types, approximate quantities, manufacturer/model info where you have it, condition, whether devices hold data, your target collection date, site-access details, and any reporting or security requirements. A spreadsheet or a few clear photos helps us scope things faster.

We review the equipment and the sites.

We look at whether the equipment qualifies, whether it carries recovery value, the best collection method, packing or pallet needs, data-handling requirements, expected documentation, and any charges or credits — then walk you through the scope before anything is collected.

Collection or shipping gets arranged.

We'll set up a scheduled pickup, freight shipment, courier, or prepaid shipping option based on location, volume, and requirements. Multi-location work can run as one coordinated program or in phases.

Equipment is received and logged.

Once it arrives, it goes through the agreed intake process — counts, asset ID, serial capture, and separating out data-bearing devices where that's part of the scope.

Assets get sorted for reuse, recovery, or recycling.

Equipment is reviewed by type, age, and condition. What can be reused gets evaluated for resale or recovery; what can't gets routed to recycling. Data-bearing devices are handled per the service you agreed to up front.

Documentation and settlement wrap it up.

What you receive depends on the project scope, but it can include collection confirmation, an equipment or inventory report, a serial-number report, a certificate of recycling, data destruction documentation, an asset disposition report, and a buy-back settlement. Ask about your specific documentation needs when you request a quote.

Data Security Should Be Agreed Before Collection

Deleting files, removing user accounts, or running a factory reset usually isn't enough to satisfy a real security policy — different devices, storage types, and data classifications call for different sanitization or destruction methods. Before we schedule anything, we'll want to know what kind of data might be on the equipment, whether your organization has a media-disposal policy, whether drives need to be sanitized or physically destroyed, whether you need serial-number tracking or certificates, and whether destruction has to happen on-site or off-site. Any regulatory or contractual requirement should be confirmed in the project agreement rather than assumed.

Is Nationwide Pickup Free?

Some projects qualify for complimentary collection or prepaid shipping, but that's not automatic across every item or location. It depends on things like equipment quantity and type, age and condition, potential recovery value, distance, whether items are packed or palletized, building and loading access, labor required, turnaround time, and any special handling or data-destruction needs. We'll lay out the logistics options and any costs or credits before your collection is confirmed — no surprises after the truck shows up.
